PDL Professional Officers have received incident reports involving disruptive behaviour and unauthorised recording from patients within pharmacy premises. These incidents can occur unexpectedly and often leave staff feeling distressed, intimidated, or uncertain about how to respond. In some cases, footage has been published online, which may result in misinformation, reputational harm, privacy concerns and distress for pharmacists and support staff.
