The PDL Constitution is the document that governs how PDL operates. It is a legal document, and its terms must be complied with at all times.
Changes to the Constitution can only be made by a majority of eligible members voting to pass any proposed Resolution.
The PDL By-Laws are guidelines that provide information to ensure fair and open Board elections.
